Heartbeat URL for cron jobs

Proposed by Freya Lind / 2026-04-16 08:58:00

Main idea

Nightly backups ping nothing today. Give each job a URL to call when it finishes, and alert us if that ping is late. A missed backup is worse than a slow homepage.
